Awaken Your Inner Goddess Workshop

As a Sex & Relationship Coach who specializes in working with women, Guru Amorah will help you reconnect to your Divine Feminine with intention to awaken your Goddess within. She will be guiding you with somatic (experiential) coaching along with kundalini yoga inspired techniques as taught in her Shakti Yoga course.

Opening with a Cacao Ceremony

Awaken your senses with the cozy and warm scents of cacao. Ceremonial Cacao is blessed and sacred chocolate recipe used as a natural aphrodisiac and is known to boost health and vitality while opening the heart. While in ceremony, you will take turns talking about your yoga and meditation experience and share what came through for you.

Goddess Meditation

After opening ceremony, we will then move into the meditation portion of the workshop. You will be taken on a journey to meet your Inner Goddess where she will reveal to you who you are, and how you can embody her energy and power in your waking life.

Once grounded and out of meditation, we will go around the circle and share what we experienced while under.

Getting in Touch with Your Body & Erotic Energy

A Somatic Exercise guided by Guru Amorah.

After opening our hearts and sharing our stories, we’ll get up and stand in our power as we learn to be our own best lover through this somatic exercise!

Getting in Touch with Your Body and Erotic Energy is an exercise that allows the Self to breathe deeply, make sounds, and move around while expereincing pleasure. This is foundational to knowing that you deserve to feel more pleasure and take up space in and outside the bedroom. Practicing these exercises will help build your sexual energy and allow you to feel more embodied in your Divine Feminine. It can also be used while engaging in erotic experiences and gives particular insight into how you like to be touched or cared for during a sexual experiences.

Chocolate Fountain, Juicy Fruit, & Ecstatic Dance

After all our movement, we will then indulge in fine fruits and dip them in the chocolate fountain! We’ll dance, let loose and enjoy feel ourselves and our awakened, Inner Goddess from all the power we cultivated during our practice.

The purpose of this WTHC workshop is Self-mastery regarding sexual expression and embodying erotic energy. NO touching of another is permitted without mutual consent. Clothes will remain on. There is NO kissing, licking, biting, or touching of the genitals permitted in session. You are instead encouraged to engage in sexual activities outside of session with oneself or consensual partners with purpose to confidently share and demonstrate your knew-found knowledge and skills.

All chocolate served will be sweetened with Stevia (a delicious, natural sugar suitable for diabetics).

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to move and dance with ease. You may bring your yoga mat if you’d like, or you can practice with no mat on the plush, carpeted floors.
