This 4-week workshop meets 2x a week for practice and integration. Expect an informational presentation on the chakra system and how to support efforts of healing with intention setting & suggested healing foods to pair with your practice. After the presentation, enjoy a powerful yoga practice, meditation and group share/discussion.
